Early Cancellation Window

Returns Policy

At Custom Aloha Shirts, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes issues occur, and we're committed to making things right.

When Returns Are Accepted?

We only accept returns in cases where the issue is the result of a manufacturer error. These include:

  • Sizing Error: The item you received does not match the size you selected during checkout.
  • Incorrect Print or Design: The product displays a print, logo, or graphic that differs from your original order.
  • Product Defects: Items that arrive with visible damage, misprints, tears, or other issues caused during production.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns outside of these circumstances will not be accepted, as all products are custom-made to order.

Return Process Requirements

Time Limit: All return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

Shipping Responsibility
