How Long Until You Receive Your Hawaiian Shirt?

At Custom Aloha Shirts, every Hawaiian shirt and piece of apparel is printed on demand specifically for you. This means that your shirts will begin production immediately after your order is processed and payment is confirmed.

Order Processing Queue

12-Hour Modification Window

After your payment is received, your Hawaiian shirt order enters our production queue for 12 hours. During this critical window, you have the flexibility to:

  • Change shirt sizes
  • Modify colors or designs
  • Adjust order quantities
  • Cancel your order completely

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the 12-hour window closes, your product enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Delivery Timeline

Our skilled artisans take great care in creating each custom Hawaiian shirt. Production times vary depending on the complexity and style of your aloha shirt:

Standard Hawaiian Shirts (Regular/Partial Printing)

  • Production time: 1-4 business days
  • Shipping time US: 4-10 business days
  • Shipping time Worldwide: 4-15 business days

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

IMPORTANT NOTE: In rare cases (remote areas or strict customs zones), delivery may take up to 20–25 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and do not include weekends or holidays.

All-Over Print Hawaiian Shirts (Full Print Designs)

  • Production Time: 1-4 business days
  • Shipping time US: 4-10 business days
  • Shipping time Worldwide: 4-15 business days

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

International Hawaiian Shirt Orders

  • Additional Time: 2-3 weeks beyond standard shipping
  • Total Delivery: Up to 22-28 business days

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates based on typical production and shipping conditions. Actual delivery may occasionally vary due to production demands, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

United States Shipping

  • Orders $0 - $99: $7.99 flat rate shipping for all Hawaiian shirts
  • Orders $100 and above: FREE SHIPPING

All shipping prices are listed in USD

Special Locations: Remote islands, rural areas, or restricted shipping zones may incur additional charges. We'll notify you of any extra fees before your Hawaiian shirt ships.

Shipping Options & Restrictions

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Custom Aloha Shirts currently ships each order to a single destination. If you need to send Hawaiian shirts to multiple locations (great for gifts!), please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Special Delivery Locations

PO Box Delivery

  • Accepted: Yes, we ship Hawaiian shirts to PO Boxes
  • No Additional Fees: Standard shipping rates apply
  • Tracking: Full tracking available

Military APO/FPO Addresses

  • Accepted: Yes, we proudly ship to military personnel worldwide
  • Delivery Time: 40-45 business days (extended due to military postal processing)
  • Security Notice: Once your Hawaiian shirt package enters military postal systems, tracking updates may be limited for security reasons
  • Patience Required: Military shipping involves additional security screenings

International Orders & Customs

Custom Aloha Shirts does not collect international taxes, duties, or VAT on Hawaiian shirt orders. All customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
